Legal Warranty
The Legal Warranty applies to all purchases made on progeomedical.shop. It is valid for 24 months for end consumers, 12 months for professionals or for those who use the product for professional activities. By law, any defect found must be reported to Progeo S.r.l. within 8 days from the discovery of the defect itself. The legal warranty does not cover accidental damage or product failures caused by improper use. See the specific section of the sales conditions.

Manufacturer’s Conventional Warranty

Products sold on the website may be covered, in addition to the legal warranty, also by a “conventional” warranty provided by the manufacturer. This means that warranty terms may be extended beyond what is established by law. For example, some electromedical devices have warranty coverage that reaches up to 5 years!
Under no circumstances does the Conventional Warranty replace, limit, prejudice or exclude the Legal Warranty.
