License Transfer Request

By filling in this form you can request the transfer, from one PC to another, of one or more Progeo software licenses.

You will then receive an e-mail at the address provided containing the guided procedure to complete the transfer.

(This operation can be carried out if your support fee is up to date)

    Indicate the identification number of each license for which the transfer is requested.

    IMPORTANT

    If the old PC is available:

    • You must first back up your archive.


    • After completing this form, you will need to contact us by phone to allow our Technical Department to proceed with the deactivation of the old license via remote connection to the PC (a necessary procedure in order to subsequently provide a new license).

    The transfer procedure, although rarely, may fail due to issues related to the destination PC (on which the new license will be installed), such as: installation of outdated versions on new operating systems, Windows system not updated, Windows WMI service not working, or other problems (e.g. presence of viruses, authorization issues, minimum system requirements not met, etc.).

    Please note that software licenses are personal, non-transferable to third parties and non-duplicable.
